Make it available to all alums for free. They can send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope and the Class Year Exam requested. Your only cost will be the photocopies of the Exam. To create goodwill (and, as part of a thank you note), you can include the Exam as an envelope stuffer to those alums who are donors or volunteers but otherwise could not attend the event. Remember, a happy alum is a generous alum. Package it with your annual financial report to alums, your annual Phone-a-thon campaign, your alumni newsletter, or any request for money. Any correspondence with your alums is an opportunity for you to use the Reunion Exam.		$Our Reunion Exams Are Easier Than This$

		Fund-Raising Request a small donation or a charge a nominal fee ($1 - $5) to participate in the Exam on reunion night. Use it to select winners for table or door prizes. Include this fee as part of your reunion cost and enclose the Exam in your announcement package. This money will help underwrite the reunion festivities or can be split with the Exam high scorer(s) or to purchase door prizes. With a notice in your alumni newsletter, your office can offer alums the opportunity to purchase the Official Class Reunion Exam or their choice at a nominal fee. The proceeds can to the alumni association fund.

Business uses Sales persons can use these as ice-breakers…. Ask the client or prospect if they have a “special” year…. Then you can show them what happened that year. Copy it onto your stationery and post it on bulletin boards where employees congregate. These forms can be easily photocopied and folded to be included in a greeting card. Create goodwill with your employees if you recognize employee or retiree anniversary dates, birthdays, or other milestones. You can honor long-time employees at their milestone (5-10-15-20 or more) years of service to the company. You can use it as a way to show prospects and clients how time marches on. It also makes a wonderful day brightener guaranteed to bring a smile to the faces of even the most curmudgeonly employees or stubborn clients.
